Conflicting numbers
Every department reports a different figure for the same question. No single source of truth.
Data engineering · Data governance · AI
Axon Data organizes, integrates and operates your data environment, from diagnosis to support.
How can we help you?
These four symptoms often appear together. If you recognise some of them, your data architecture is missing or not robust enough.
Every department reports a different figure for the same question. No single source of truth.
Time your team spends assembling reports or integrations that should already be automated.
ERP, CRM and finance that don't talk to each other — and the integration lives in a spreadsheet.
Nobody can say where a number came from, when it was last refreshed, or whether it's correct.
Vendor independence
We are not a commercial reseller for any technology vendor. The recommendation you get carries no commission behind it.
We look for the best way for your company to work and operate — which means starting from real constraints: what your team can run, what your compliance rules allow, what already exists in your stack, and what your budget supports.
Sometimes the best architecture is the one that keeps what already works. At Grupo Engear we kept part of the data architecture and improved the rest with BigQuery, instead of replacing everything and losing the team's knowledge.
Some of the tools we use are the ones that fit your scenario, chosen for your context, and not because of a commercial agreement.
What we deliver
More than building dashboards: we structure the data operation so that important decisions don't depend on fragile data.
We map sources, processes and the maturity of your data environment. You receive an objective diagnostic with a prioritised roadmap, including the cost of the investment.
Warehouses, lakes and lakehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance tools, AI agents and machine-learning solutions.
Dedicated engineers keeping the environment running: monitoring, fixes, evolution and knowledge transfer to your internal team.
The Axon method
The sequence matters: skipping the diagnostic is what makes data projects overrun on both time and budget, and it hides the real problems.
Survey of sources, processes, volume and maturity. The outcome is a document describing the current state and what needs to change, even if you decide not to continue with us.
Target-state design and tooling selection against your scenario, with a roadmap prioritised by impact and effort.
Pipelines, integrations and the analytical layer, delivered in increments that produce value before the project ends.
Continuous operation with monitoring, support and full lineage. This last step is crucial to keep the solutions running and to support the evolution of your data architecture.
Selected work
From the very first conversation, Axon Data gave us consultative, clarifying guidance that brought clarity and confidence. Delivery was excellent, both technically and in project management. Even through significant change management, quality held. Axon Data's people have deep, highly specialised technical knowledge. I recommend them.
After the structure
Frequently asked
Brazil, in the UTC−3 time zone. Our standard day overlaps almost entirely with US Eastern business hours and covers the morning in the UK and Western Europe. Meetings happen inside your working day, not at the edges of it.
Yes. Our operation is remote by design and the founder has worked across three countries. Contracting, NDAs and invoicing arrangements for international clients are handled case by case — tell us what your procurement process requires.
Data residency is decided during the assessment, not afterwards: where your data lives depends on your regulatory obligations and your existing cloud footprint. We build with lineage and access control in place so the environment can withstand an audit.
Both — and we have delivered in both models, including a full on-premises Kubernetes governance platform. The choice is part of the assessment and depends on volume, compliance constraints, cost and what already exists in your infrastructure.
Only when it genuinely helps. At Grupo Engear we kept part of the architecture the team already ran and improved the rest with BigQuery, modernising the analytical platform without discarding the existing investment or pausing the operation.
Yes — and we usually recommend it. The assessment exists to identify the smallest slice that already delivers a result and proves the approach before a larger commitment.
It depends on the scope defined in the assessment. We don't quote before understanding the scenario — a proposal without an assessment is a guess, and guesses in data projects are expensive.
Next step
If you already have an RFP or an internal requirements document, mention it in the message. Axon Data doesn't make generic promises — we assess before proposing anything.
