How Axon Data handles personal data collected through this site, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of data collected through this site is Axon Data Consultoria, registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 44.550.018/0001-32, based at Av. Miguel Perrela, 140, Castelo, Belo Horizonte/MG, 31330-290, Brazil.
For anything concerning personal data, including the rights described in section 6, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
Two categories, collected in different ways.
2.1 Data you give us
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, company, email, phone number, country and the content of your message. All of it is provided voluntarily — only name, email and message are required.
Please do not include third-party personal data, sensitive data or confidential company information in the message. That is what the confidentiality agreement is for, and we sign it before any assessment begins.
2.2 Usage data
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, traffic source, device type and approximate region. This is statistical and does not identify you individually.
We also record the IP address and country when a form is submitted, as a safeguard against automated abuse.
3. Why we process it
| Purpose | Legal basis (LGPD art. 7) |
|---|---|
| Replying to you and conducting the commercial conversation | Consent and pre-contractual steps |
| Sending information about our services when you ask for it | Consent |
| Measuring site performance and improving the content | Consent (non-essential cookies) |
| Protecting the form against automated submissions and spam | Legitimate interest |
| Meeting legal and regulatory obligations | Compliance with a legal obligation |
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site. They act as processors and may only handle the data under our instructions:
| Service | Purpose | Where data sits |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Site hosting, abuse protection and storage of form submissions | United States and global network |
| Resend | Delivery of the email generated by the form | United States |
| Google (Workspace and Analytics) | Corporate mailbox and site measurement | United States |
These international transfers rely on the contractual clauses and safeguards offered by each provider, as required by LGPD art. 33.
We may also disclose data when required by a competent authority or to exercise rights in legal or administrative proceedings.
5. How long we keep it
- Form submissions: 24 months from the last contact, to keep the history of the commercial relationship.
- Usage data: per the retention set in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
- Client data under contract: for the term of the contract and any statutory retention periods that follow it.
Once the period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the LGPD you may, at any time and free of charge, request:
- Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, or data processed unlawfully
- Portability to another provider
- Deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent
- Information about who we share your data with
- Withdrawal of consent
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest
To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We respond within 15 days, the period set by LGPD art. 19. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, to protect you.
You may also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
7. Cookies
We use two kinds:
- Essential — needed for the site to work and to protect the form against automated submissions. No consent required.
- Measurement — Google Analytics, to understand site usage in aggregate. Only set if you accept.
You can decline measurement cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, change your mind later through the same banner, or block cookies in your browser settings.
8. Security
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: encrypted traffic across the whole site, restricted access to incoming messages, and two-factor authentication on administrative accounts.
No system is completely infallible. If a material security incident occurs, we will notify the affected individuals and the ANPD as required by LGPD art. 48.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our processes or in the law. The last-updated date is always at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated through whatever contact channels we hold.
10. Contact
